How can I access the store?
The Pop-Up Apparel Store will be available on the Coryellhealth.org website under the resources bar. It will also be available on the Coryell Health Intranet Homepage.
How long will the Pop-Up Store be open for?
The store will only be open from September 18th – October 7th. The last day to order any items will be October 7. Make sure to summit all orders by then. The store will close down, and will not re-open for the remainder of 2019.
How do I order?
Please select item you wish to purchase. Make sure to select correct size, and color. Personalization is available. Add the item to cart, then checkout. When you are checking out please select a department for delivering purposes.
How do I personalize?
All Jackets, Vest, and Pullovers will have the option for personalization. When you click on those items it will give you a text bar that says “Name”. Please enter in name. Credentials may be entered in as well (Ex: John, RN). There will be NO option to add in department. We do encourage to only personalize with your first name, and credentials due to safety concerns. However you may add last name at your own discretion.
How do I figure out sizing?
We will NOT have any apparel samples available. There will be a size chart guide on the items. We will have measuring tapes available in the business office to get your own measurements if needed.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
There will be NO refunds or exchanges. However, you can make adjustments to your order while the store is still open. You can contact (806)792-9925.
Who do I contact for help or questions on the store?
When will I receive my order?
Once the store is closed. All orders will be processed at the same time. It will take 4 weeks for all of the orders to be delivered to Coryell Health after store has been closed. They will be delivered to each department.
