Coryell Health is pleased to offer our patients secure online access to their medical information through the My Coryell Patient Portal.
Through the My Coryell Patient Portal, you can:
- Communicate with your provider
- Access your lab results and radiology results
- View your medications and allergies
- Keep track of your upcoming appointments
There are four ways to connect with the My Coryell Patient Portal:
Option #1:
Visit this link to self-enroll. You will be required to confirm your identity and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Option #2:
Request an email with a portal invitation at your next appointment with Coryell Health. Once you receive the email with the invitation, follow the link and its instructions to set up your My Coryell Patient Portal account.
Option #3:
Call (254) 865-8251 and press 3 for My Coryell Patient Portal questions.
Option #4:
Email us at this email address to request a portal invitation or portal assistance.
Note: Any portal invitation you receive will expire within 90 days. Please request another portal invitation through any of the four methods above if yours expires before you’re able to self-enroll. If you require portal assistance, please email us at patientportal@coryellhealth.org.
To log in to the My Coryell Patient Portal after you self-enroll, please visit https://mycoryell.iqhealth.com/.
If you’d like to access your My Coryell Patient Portal from your cell phone, the HealtheLife mobile app is available to download on Apple and Android devices. After downloading HealtheLife, you’ll be prompted to search for an organization and select “My Coryell Patient Portal.”
Scan the QR codes with your mobile phone below to download the HealtheLife mobile app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
