RehabLiving at the Meadows is an inviting home away from home where patients are invited to live comfortably and receive outstanding care, all under the same roof and on the same campus as Coryell Health’s hospital and medical clinic.
Located on several tree-covered acres in Gatesville, Texas, RehabLiving at the Meadows’ unique design features an inviting community dining room, a robust activity area, and a formal family dining room. Resident facilities are designed to maximize dignity and comfort. Each room is designed so that every resident has their own private space, even in semi-private rooms all residents have their own tv and window. Residents are also encouraged to bring personal items to make themselves feel even more at home.
Within RehabLiving at the Meadows, a separate and secure wing for memory care is available to meet the needs of a person with Alzheimer’s, or similar memory loss conditions, who might be at risk for wandering. This specialty area offers a home-like environment that includes a comforting interior and an enclosed garden.
RehabLiving at the Meadows seeks to enhance the lives of all residents. A beautiful facility, tranquil surroundings, on-site medical care just steps from the hospital and clinic, social services, and engaging activities are all part of the package. Here are just a few reasons to join us:
We pride ourselves on building personal, trusting relationships, and we use innovative programs and technologies to help us connect and care for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Engaging and fun activities are offered daily to encourage social interaction and keep our residents entertained and active. Activities may include Bingo, musical performances, worship services, holiday celebrations, art and crafts, exercise classes, ice cream socials, and trivia time.
Pets are an important part of many people’s lives before they enter a nursing home. We encourage residents to continue their connection to their pets, as they are always welcome to visit so long as they are current on their shots.

RehabLiving at the Meadows accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. Residents must meet specific qualifications to be eligible for Medicare or Medicaid in a skilled nursing facility. For more information, contact us today.
