About Sheldon C. Chaffer II, MD

Dr. Sheldon C. Chaffer II is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Nephrology. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association and is a Lifetime Member of Alpha Omega Alpha Society of Honor Medical Graduates. At age 16, he became an Eagle Scout, focusing his commitment to helping others. He served in the US Marine Corps from 1981-1987. Dr. Chaffer continues to his dedication to community and education as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. He is married with three daughters.
